- [Instructor] If you're a salesperson working full-time, you probably send the same email again and again, in different situations. For example, if you recently attended a trade show or a conference, you may want to follow up with multiple contacts at once with the same information. Let's look at how to use automation to make that easier by setting up an email template that we can use to send to multiple people. So I'm here on the screen on the homepage and I'm going to navigate to contacts. Now I'm going to look at all of my contacts and, let's say, I'm going to select these first five. Now you'll see up here on the upper right, I can add to campaign or send list email. So I'm going to send list email and this is going to open up a new window. Now I can start typing this from scratch, I can start saying, follow up from conference, and I can type in all the information here and send it. Or I can go and look at this right…
