- [Instructor] A work queue is a prioritized task list inside Salesforce. This is helpful, so a salesperson knows exactly what next step to take with each customer. It's like a daily to-do list for a salesperson. A lot of salespeople do this manually on paper or even an Excel spreadsheet, but in Salesforce you can create your own work queue easily. This is different from a sales cadence in that it is just your to-do list without any information about times to wait or different steps to take based on different products. Salespeople can use email templates and sales dialer to send an email or place a call with a single click, and have it automatically logged in Salesforce, which saves a ton of time.
