- Salesforce is a very flexible and customizable platform. And in this video, we'll explain who can benefit the most from this course. Salesforce has multiple additions and has added numerous additional products and features over the years. In this course, we are using Salesforce Sales Cloud and are using the free trial edition. There's a good chance that your version of Salesforce may look slightly different than the one on the screen because your Salesforce administrator or manager may have customized it. The important thing to know is that this course is for Salesforce users who are usually sales users. That could be SDRs or sales development reps sales assistants, salespeople, or sales managers. This course is not intended for Salesforce administrators although they may find it useful to understand how salespeople use it. It also does not dive deeply into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The goal of this course is to show you how to set up basic automation tasks in Salesforce, but in some cases these tasks or part of these tasks may have already been set up by your Salesforce manager. The great news is that there are multiple ways to customize and automate in Salesforce and this course will help you learn the basics and how to learn more once we have covered them.
