I didn't go into detail about Playgrounds. My course, Swift Playgrounds Application Development, will give you the best handle on making Playgrounds for education, prototyping, and debugging your code before making an app. I'll debug my models first in standard Playgrounds before sending them to the app. There's also my more recent course, Publish Apps in Swift Playgrounds 4, which covers the workflow between Swift Playgrounds if you're developing with SwiftUI, going all the way up to the App Store Connect.
