I am proud to identify myself as a woman in the rapidly growing industries of web3 and recruitment, which historically have been male-dominated. As a newcomer to these fields, I often find myself doubting whether I will ever earn my place at the table. However, I am here to challenge that notion because it is unequivocally wrong!

Recently, I had the privilege of attending Karren Brady's inspiring event for Women in Business and Tech. What struck me the most was witnessing accomplished women who appeared to have it all figured out, only to discover that they, too, faced uncertainties and challenges along their journey. Despite not having all the answers, they persevered and continued forging ahead. This realization has been a game-changer for me.

As a woman in these industries, I've come to understand that sometimes all it takes is one small step towards greatness to realize that we've already arrived. While it may feel like we don't belong in certain discussions or spaces, it is crucial that we take our seat at the table and actively participate. By doing so, we pave the way for the next generation of women, ensuring they never feel left out or overlooked.

It is time to dismantle the barriers that have confined women in these industries for far too long. Let's empower each other, support one another, and break through the glass ceiling together. Together, we can reshape the landscape of web3 and recruitment, making them more inclusive and diverse than ever before.
