Dexcom Recognized as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion
Dexcom is honored to be recognized as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work for People with Disabilities by Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for all our employees. It was made possible through the dedicated efforts of our Employee Resource Group, ABLE, which supports employees with disabilities, caretakers, and allies. We also owe this achievement to the unwavering support of leaders Elwyn Monroe, Andrea Crisantes Suarez, Jess Jackson, Allyson Kelley, Teri Hermel-Davidock, Robin Holt and Hannah Hudson, who championed these efforts.
At Dexcom, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to innovation and success. As an organization built to support the needs of those with differing abilities, we are driven to continuously promote full inclusion, inspire accessible innovation, and foster a culture where everyone can thrive. This commitment helps us create game-changing technology that empowers people to take control of their health.
