Today, let’s meet Ziyaudeen Abbas Ali - Associate Technical Lead.

Q1: A few lines about what it's like to work here at Resulticks and your experience so far.

It has been a fulfilling journey till now with each day bringing new challenges and opportunities to apply cutting-edge technologies like REACT.js and AI to real-world marketing solutions.

Q2: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Mistakes are opportunities for growth. Learn from them and keep moving forward.

Q3: What’s something about yourself that would surprise people?

I think people are surprised by my consistent positive attitude. I always try to do my best with a positive attitude no matter the situation.

Q4: What is the one thing you feel everyone should learn? And why?

Everyone should learn to be generous, be respectful, and have gratitude as I believe it's the basic foundation of a good personality.

Q5: What’s the coolest or most interesting thing you’re working on right now?

Crafting effective prompts which requires understanding the model’s capabilities and limitations. A well-designed prompt provides context, specifies the task, and encourages the desired behaviour.

Q6: Whose opinion do you value most on earth?

Until recently it has always been my mother, but now I think it's my daughter's opinion I value most in the world.

Q7: What would you say is your greatest achievement in your career so far?

Recently I was awarded the Top Performer award for my performance over the last year. Achievements like this motivate me to constantly put my best foot forward with my work and to continue working hard.

Q8: What motivates you to work hard?

It’s my own interest in the work that I do that motivates me to work hard. I like to work smart so that I can get my work done efficiently and seeing the results of this also motivates me to continue working in the same manner.
