These factors are now presented in a more detailed and intuitive format, featuring bullet points and color-coded assessment chips. This makes it easier for you to quickly gauge a candidate’s suitability at a glance.

Version History: Keep Track of Job Posting Changes with Ease

Another exciting development is the new Version History feature. This tool allows you to effortlessly manage your job postings by automatically creating snapshots of job descriptions, titles, and other key information whenever changes are made.

With Version History, you can now:

Review previous versions of job postings

Compare changes over time

Restore earlier versions with just a few clicks

This feature ensures that you always have a clear overview of your job postings, helping you maintain consistency and control.

Message Suggestions from Copilot 

We’re also on the verge of launching Message Suggestions, a feature designed to enhance your communication with potential candidates. This tool will enable Copilot to generate prompted messages tailored to each candidate's application. These messages, crafted after applicants complete your custom screener questions, will help you engage with top talent quickly and effectively.

Message Suggestions is currently rolling out to select accounts and is expected to be available to all customers by the end of August.
