Forum Brands Acquires Clean Skincare Brand Ever from Stella & Dot

Forum Brands has acquired clean skincare brand EVER Skincare from Stella & Dot. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ever will join Forum Brands’ health and wellness portfolio, which includes Trilastin, QRxLabs, Nuvadermis, and Lola.

Jessica Norman, Ever’s VP of Operations, will continue to lead the brand, while Stella & Dot CEO and founder Jessica Herrin will advise during the transition. Forum Brands CEO Brenton Howland praised Norman's expertise, highlighting her role in enhancing the entire portfolio.

Stella & Dot launched Ever in 2015, alongside charm bracelet brand Keep Collective. Ever’s products, priced from $20 to $90, feature the patented anti-aging complex LSR10 and ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, and retinol.

Direct-selling has faced challenges recently, with brands like MONAT Global and Beautycounter struggling. Despite these trends, Herrin believes Forum Brands' structure is ideal for Ever’s growth.

Founded in 2020, Forum Brands specializes in acquiring e-commerce brands. The Ever acquisition follows their recent purchase of Lola, positioning them as a significant player in personal care. Howland suggests future acquisitions might slow, indicating a strategic focus on integration.
