On average, a woman earns 80% of what men make. For minorities, the gap is much worse. At Doner, we decided it was time to do something about it. We call it Exit 3:24

3:24 pm is exactly 80% of the typical 9 to 5 workday. And that’s exactly when Doner closed on Equal Pay Day, Tuesday, April 4.

The point wasn't to simply bring awareness to the wage gap with a stunt. Exit 3:24 was Doner’s line in the sand: It was an opportunity to set an example and take steps to be an industry leader in wage equality. Our first step is conducting an all-agency wage audit with an independent consultant.
