Time for a career or company change? Why not "Level-Up" with Hays IT in 2018?

Level-Up; (verb) To make a move in your life or career for the better.

i.e. "I feel stale at this job, it's time to level up"

YOU:

My guess is you fall into 1 of 3 categories:

  • You already work in staffing and you’re looking for a better gig (better commission structure, better PTO, better benefits, better manager, etc.)
  • You’re in sales and have never tried recruiting, but you’re tired of selling a product that you don’t believe in
  • You don’t fall into either of those categories but you think you've got what it takes

ME:

I’ve been with HAYS-Veredus for 11 years. I’ve worked my way from Recruiter, to Account Manager, to my current position, as Manager of Recruiting. I worked extremely hard in each roll and my hard work has definitely paid off!

I’m 3 years into managing the recruiting team and am continually looking to improve our office culture with my partner in crime Mark Hancock - Managing Director (check him out: https://www.linkedin.com/in/markhancockhays/).

When I’m not at work, I’m spending time on the water with my family (Hubby and 2 girls, 7 and 5) or travelling…lots and lots of travelling! As the saying goes, “Work hard, play hard.” and I like to do both!

OUR TEAM:

To this day, I still haven't met a person who grew up dreaming to be a recruiter, and I think that's what makes our office culture so much fun. We've landed here from a variety of backgrounds, pharmaceutical, healthcare, plastics, firefighting, you name it. Most of us have sales experience but not all. We are a highly competitive office with a good balance of banter and celebration. We like to have fun and laugh - we find witty sarcasm particularly funny.

The recruiting team has all been here over a year, most over 3 years, and we are looking to add to the success of the office and take production to the next level by adding to the team.

COMPANY:

  • You know that relationships make this world a better place and you love working with people
  • You want to make lots and lots of money

YOUR CONCERNS:

  • You've never Recruited IT or maybe you've never even recruited (not a problem!)
  • You have questions, like a lot of them, but all of this sounds good (bring 'em on!)
  • You love your current company but this really does sound amazing (try me!)
