In an effort to reach as many customers as possible, JPMorgan Chase is expanding its retail banking reach into small-town America. Earlier this week, Jamie Dimon, the banking giant’s Chairman and CEO, embarked on a bus tour into the Heartland, with his first stop in Iowa, where the bank is to open 25 new branches by 2030.
