Newmark announces the sale of a two-property, fully leased Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) portfolio located in the Denver Metro area. The properties, 4790 Cook Street in Denver and 5790 Dahlia Street in Commerce City, traded from Bespoke Holdings Company to Flywheel Capital for $6.8 million. Newmark Executive Managing Director Mike Wafer, SIOR and Managing Directors Mike Viehmann, SIOR and Michael Wafer Jr. represented the seller in the transaction. “IOS consistently stands out as a top-performing segment within Denver’s industrial market, as sustained leasing activity and rental rate growth for well-located and functional IOS assets continue to attract investors,” said Viehmann. Newmark is pleased to announce that Invictus International Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based cyber technology solutions company, has signed a new 19,496-square-foot office lease at Building 1 of Peak Technology Campus near the Colorado Springs Airport. The lease represents the first signing at the four-building office development, which will accommodate the area’s expanding technology, aerospace and defense contractor sectors.
