The audience was welcomed by Michael Olmstead (Partner/CRO) as he talked about who Plug and Play is as a company. Our CEO and Founder Saeed Amidi then highlighted the company's new location launches as well as discussed the organization's vision. He then played two short videos for the crowd. As one of the three new Texas offices, we were pleasantly surprised to see a recorded video from Governor Greg Abbott talking about the significance of having Plug and Play in Texas' "booming economy." We are thrilled to work towards making a significant impact within the great state of Texas and collaborating with its #innovation ecosystem and leaders. Plug and Play has offices in the cities of Frisco, McKinney and Cedar Park. 🎉 Congratulations to Nanochon, a member of Plug and Play's Batch 1 Sportstech cohort! 🎉 They raised $4M in their series seed prime fundraising round. The company intends to use the funds to initiate its first in human clinical trials in the US in 2024, deepen research and development efforts, expand its patent profile and grow its team.
