Instead, focus on people first. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀. It is the: - Parents providing support - Students putting in the effort - Teachers facilitating the learning - Staff smoothing out communication - Administrators keeping it all together These relationships create a successful program.
