GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Purpose.  This MARADMIN establishes timelines
regarding requests for Official Representation Funds (ORF) for fiscal
year 2025 (FY25).
2.  Background.  The Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) manages ORF
distribution for Headquarters Marine Corps and Major Subordinate
Commands (MSCs).
3.  Execution.  In accordance with enclosure (7) of the reference,
requests for ORF are due to ASN (FM&C) no later than 31 July of the
current fiscal year.
3.a.  To facilitate ORF requests to ASN (FM&C), DMCS will use ETMS2
to task and receive requests for FY25 no later than 25 July 2024.
Upon receipt of FY25 requests, DMCS will consolidate the Service's
request to ASN (FM&C).
3.b.  An ETMS2 tasker will be delegated upon the release of this
MARADMIN for FY25.
3.c.  Failure to respond by the deadline may result in no FY25 ORF
allocation.
3.d.  Upon notification of FY25 ORF allocations to HQMC and MSCs,
DMCS will coordinate, as necessary, to address any differences
between requested and provided amounts.  HQMC agencies and MSCs
receiving ORF must have a Government Purchase Card account
established specifically identified for ORF expenditures.  ORF will
not be distributed if a payment vehicle is not established.
4.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
