WE’RE SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE’S MENTAL HEALTH

At M&S we know how much the mental health of young people matters to our customers and colleagues. One in five young people in Ireland are experiencing poor mental health. No young person should feel alone, and no adult should feel lost when they want to help.
That’s why, we are launching our biggest ever charity partnership with Ireland’s youth mental health charity-Jigsaw. Together, we’ve got this.

Jigsaw is a mental health charity that supports young people experiencing trauma in their lives. They provide free therapy for children and young people (aged 12-25). They create stable and safe spaces for young people as they navigate the chaos of their lives.
They help parents and other family members better understand mental health, so they can best support the young people in their lives. They work to grow the confidence and build the resilience of communities across Ireland to be more supportive and compassionate.

Your support can help us provide free therapy for young people as they navigate the chaos and trauma of their young.

Your support can help us give parents a way through, by rebuilding their resilience in face of guilt and confusion.

Your support is vital, because right now, somewhere across Ireland, there is a young person facing fear, loneliness, and anxiety and it's our job to make sure they someone to talk to.
