Great quality and an unusual colour. Easily holds 22kg with space to spare (not expanded). Will easily get up to 32kg.

Case is good and as described on the website. The M&S experience not so much. I paid for named day delivery. This was missed by 2 days. While M&S refunded the named day fee, it took a phone call and some time on hold

Good suitcase but really hard to control - almost impossible to pull or push without the wheels randomly deciding to go in the opposite direction. But, it’s the right size and survived plane, train and bus.

Excellent suitcase. Easy to manoeuvre and very sturdy. Have taken on two consecutive holidays and still looks new . Would have been even better if there was an inbuilt lock. Buying one for my mum too.

We’ve been using the same set of M&S suitcases for the last 30 years, but needed a larger case to take on a cruise. This case wheels beautifully and is certainly lightweight; yet to find out whether that means it’s less robust than our old cases. A couple of points to be aware of; the front pocket isn’t gusseted, so anything you put in there takes space out of the main case. Also, the expansion facility only adds a small amount of space.

Suitcase, but needs some kind of lock
Good capacity and very lightweight. However, I should have read the details properly as there are no combination locks on the suitcase. Considering the case is guaranteed for 10 years, I would rather pay a little extra to have this facility. Hello

Good suitcase
The bag is the perfect size and easy to manoeuvre. The only draw back is there is no bottom handle near to the wheels to help lift the bag out of the car, or from the bed to the ground.

It looks good, not heavy, navy blue colour. Inside pockets and it also has a zip in the opening side to extend the depth of front panel for increased capacity. Not used it yet but im sure it will last years of normal use. It is made in China, would have been nice if it was a UK product... i would pay more for that.
