Meta’s Health team is seeking an ambitious, customer centric and relationship-obsessed Client Partner with a passion for strategic planning, operational rigor, the health industry and a track record of exemplary execution. This role will focus on growing some of our top pharmaceutical partnerships and requires deep collaboration with senior external clients and agency partners, selling through a shared strategic vision and the ability to rally your internal team and cross functional partners in measurement, creative, engineering marketing and product to solve for brand challenges and find opportunities. With a deep understanding of full funnel marketing, this role will be expected to problem-solve and lead complex, undefined work-streams and opportunities, as well as understand how to educate and execute client change. Success in this position will consist of driving meaningful revenue growth, influencing executives, selling with a consultative approach, driving technical implementations, leading critical internal work streams and thriving in a dynamic environment.
Client Partner, Health Responsibilities
  • Strategic account planning to drive step-change investment growth
  • Cultivate strong external executive relationships with clients and agencies
  • Identify and lead new business growth opportunities
  • Drive meaningful account growth and dynamically adjust with client and ecosystem changes
  • Lead with a protagonist mindset and establish yourself as an expert within your account team and across your vertical / region. Peers and cross-functional partners come to you for your expertise often
  • Influence clients with deep industry knowledge and POV
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to develop strong relationships and build against client and industry-wide goals jointly
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, Media Agency, Consulting, Mobile and/or Online sales
  • 5+ years of experience as proven strategic trusted advisor working with senior clients
  • Communication: Executive comms experience, clearly and concisely communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external executive stakeholders, including the skills to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Analytical: Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions
  • Business, Industry + Financial Acumen: Proven understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industries, competition, challenges and opportunities. Skill to map client's goals to Meta company priorities to define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objective
  • Measurement: Understanding of 360 measurement solutions (i.e. Lift, MMM) and skill to drive change in clients approach to KPI setting
  • Working Style: Interest for working with a team and eagerness to take on various roles in support of the broader team's goals. Fluency in Meta advertising technologies (i.e. Ads Manager)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of MMM / MTA and a POV on the evolution of measurement for modern marketing within the pharmaceutical space
  • Deep understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry

$143,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
