The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education and satisfaction by leveraging data-driven insights. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in the CEE region. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. You should have a deep passion for Meta platforms and a proven understanding of both online and traditional media. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, collaboration with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling marketing solutions to multichannel advertisers as well as full-scope project management and ability to orchestrate the execution in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Having experience managing both brand and performance-based campaigns and ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required. This role will be located at our CEE-hub office in Warsaw.
Client Solutions Manager, CEE - CPG, Grocery Retail, Automotive & Tech Responsibilities
  • Serve as an industry expert in social media and digital advertising in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Meta’s ongoing solution and technology developments
  • Drive ongoing client education on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow business partnership
  • Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
  • In a tight collaboration with Client Partner, develop and actively manage short- and long-term account plans based on client brand and direct response marketing objectives, fully owning solutions plans and delivery
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry expertise, market trends, and Meta marketing solutions
  • Drive and co-ordinate complex projects across the various entities internally and externally (client, agencies, business partners)
  • Manage internal account operations flawlessly and accurately (sales pipeline, revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Actively contribute to regional sales team goals including ongoing expertise development
  • Ability to travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
  • Consistently demonstrate high level of integrity and ownership
  • Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to act as a consultant for clients, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Experience problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
  • Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed for client, agency, and internal meetings
  • Languages – English and Polish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
  • Basic understanding of coding and HTML
  • Basic understanding of attribution modeling/measurement
  • Understanding of ad tech ecosystem
  • Experience as a Meta's user and knowledge of Meta's ad products
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
