Overseas & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - Going to or Returning From Overseas? - Part of the shipping process includes clearing US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). Your PII is included in the manifest developed by CBP. To limit your PII from being compromised, it is recommended that you complete the Vessel Manifest Confidentiality Form which can be found in the “Time to Move - Overseas” section of our site. If it has been more than 120 days, you will need to request a new account due to security requirement. Visit the DPS site to request a new account. Once this process is complete all previous moves will be associated with your CAC. If you run into any issues with reactivating your account, you will need to contact DPS help desk at (800) 462-2176 (24/7).

KEY INFORMATION FOR SUBMITTING YOUR PPM REIMBURSEMENT TO THE NAVY HHG AUDIT TEAM:

Preferred type of attachment is PDF
Do not send packages using Google Docs, cloud based access, zip files, etc.
You will receive an auto reply, KEEP this email as it establishes your date of submission. Date of submission is used to prioritize workload.
Multiple submissions will delay processing.

NOTE: If the auditor is missing documents – reference PPM Settlement tab on the left – you will receive an email asking for the missing documents. At this point, your package is put on hold until documents are received.
