Framework for undertaking socio-economic cost-benefit analysis for climate information services in the western tropical Pacific
This report outlines a framework for undertaking socio-economic cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making relevant to investments in climate information services (CIS) in the Pacific. The framework will help decision-makers to identify CIS projects that have the greatest common good; estimate the rate of return on investment; and inform the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of benefits to target communities.
