Meal Prep Champ🍱 on Instagram: "Honey Sesame Chicken by @amateurprochef Recipe: - 2 chicken breast - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tsp salt - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp corn starch - 1 cup green beans Sauce: - 2 tbsp vinegar - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 1/4 cup honey - 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce - 2 tsp soy sauce - 1/3 cup water - 2 tsp cornstarch - 1/4 tsp salt 1. Dice up 2 chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add in your spices, oil and cornstarch and mix. 2. Air fry for 14 minutes at 380 F, flipping half way. 3. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients under sauce and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens an set aside. 4. In a pan sauté green beans for a few minutes until soft and add in the cooked chicken and sauce and mix. 5. Now its time to ENJOY!"

If you’re looking for a delicious side, you’ve gotta make these. . Very important: a high heat oven is super critical for this recipe, we’re gonna be baking these at 450F. . Here is how I made them: . 1.Start by cutting a butternut squash in half, remove the middle seeds, then peel the squash. . 2.Cut it in relatively similar sized fry shapes.
