I recently took a poll of 50+ year old women, and suprisingly this was one of THE MOST IMPORTANT functions that they said they desire - To be able to be the “Fun Grandma” that can hop down onto the floor and play without fear of getting stuck down there (or making you sore for days!😉)  Well, here’s what you can do now to practice getting up off the floor with ease.
