#1169-This 1895 restored Victorian home has 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths with 5900+/- sq. ft. on 3 floors, and all the elegance of the old south plus modern amenities. It was modernized in 1993, including adding an elevator, and updated in 2010. There is a carriage house that rents for $900 per month. All showings will be virtual.
