I made this card using a panel cut from smooth white card stock cut a bit smaller than an A2 sized card base. I then stamped the panel with a sand color dye ink and a gingham background stamp. I adhered to the card base. I then die cut a scalloped rectangle out of the same white card stock and popped it up a bit with foam adhesive.
