For Drew's Safari party, I wanted to make vines to decorate the house and yard. It was the perfect way to transform our suburban home into a jungle. These were super easy and cheap to make and had a huge effect! I went to the dollar store and picked up a few rolls of craft paper and some plastic plants. For the Lion King Baby Shower I decided to lean more towards the Hakuna Matata part of the movie and go jungle = Jungle Vines were needed! These would be great for other jungle themed parties such as Tarzan, explorer, etc. The jungle vines were made with a roll of brown package paper and a roll of green crepe paper streamers. Paper flower garland

This is the vine I am going to attach the tissue paper grapes to. I used green tissue and crepe papers, cut into rough leaf shapes and stapled in groups of 5 to mesh ribbon. The mesh ribbon was saved from a flower arrangement and the green curling ribbon was left over from Christmas. Very cheap, yet very effective.
