This easy holiday treat recipe is so simple to make and if you are a fan of white chocolate, cranberry and pistachio, you’ll love it! This Christmas bark with pistachios and cranberries is perfect for cookie swaps and any holiday event.

This has the perfect crunch, and is packed with so many delicious flavors. It’s easy to make and will satisfy your snack cravings!

You’ll need:
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup cashews
3/4 cup pistachios 
3/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins (or chocolate chips)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1. In a bowl, combine all your ingredients.
2. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly (making sure it’s tight).
3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325F. 
4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely (otherwise it will separate). 
5. Cut into slices or break apart and enjoy!
