Sequin cards

Hello! Chari here today with another sequin card. This time I used the balloons in the Just For You set as my inspiration. I wanted to make another card with a sequin panel behind cut out images and I thought it would be fun to do the balloon and make each of them a different color of sequins. I stamped the balloons in Versafine Black Onyx ink and used my craft knife to cut out the inside of each balloon. I then marked the openings on a scrap piece of card stock and used that as I guide…
