U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

Overall loved the bag at first. The fabric is great, love the pockets and the strap is comfy.
However, after a few uses the strap started to break. So I really can’t use it anymore since I’m scared it could break while I’m out. Hoping I can figure out a diy fix so I can keep using it though, I love it so much more than my old lululemon bag! Such a fluke though because everything else I have from popflex including a backpack has been great!

This was my first order with popflex, and I had it shipped to the UK. The bag itself is lovely and has lots of compartments. However, it fell apart after one use and then again on second use. I’ve seen other reviews of this below and wish I read before purchasing- I only put a phone/kindle/lipbalm and keys in the bag, so it wasn’t heavy. Overall really disappointed and would not buy a bag from here again.

This bag is really cute in the color I chosen and very useful to carry my essentials. Mine is sturdy and not as bulky even when packed full. I highly recommend.

Definitely cute but I've used it for less than a month and the strap is already breaking. I don't put heavy things in there (usually my keys, hand sanitizer, card holder, and earbuds). I expected a little better quality for the price

I took a trip to Italy this summer and I needed a bag that would nicely hold all of my belongings. Not only did it hold everything, but it also kept everything safe. Though the bag holds a lot it does not seem too big or bulky which was very nice. It is cute, great quality, and perfect for travel! I loved the attention to detail on this bag like all of the pockets and the fabric on the inside of the bag! In addition no matter how much I put in it, it was never uncomfortable to carry! I love this bag! 100% recommend!!

It’s a great little bag for on the go. I really like it. Unfortunately the strap has started to fray and come apart from the bag after a short time. I was given a partial refund. But it’s still disappointing. This is the second time a bag I’ve ordered from popflex has come apart after a short time.
