This week, we see chains expanding in the IE, including Los Tacos Lokos and Rad Coffee. Norms Restaurant, which opened a few weeks ago in Ontario, will make it official with a grand opening ceremony and some free meals.

We have more on tacos. The Taco Tuesday copyright flap is apparently over, while Taco Bell is promoting a redesign of its hot sauce packets.
