UPDATED:

A fall tradition like few others in town, the San Manuel Pow Wow treated hundreds of visitors to myriad festivities Saturday, Sept. 16, at Cal State San Bernardino.

Spectators young and old had their pick of demonstrations to observe, as traditional bird singers and dancers paid homage to their respective cultures all day.

A pair of grand entries stopped wandering guests in their tracks with a cavalcade of color, sound and movement.

Native American cuisine kept participants full and energized through the evening.

The Sunday, Sept. 17,  festivities will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a Grand Entry scheduled for 1 p.m.

Entrance is free.

Cal State San Bernardino is at 5500 University Parkway.
