A 37-year-old man was found fatally shot in Jurupa Valley early Tuesday, Sept. 3.
Deputies responded to the 2900 block of Rubidoux Boulevard, north of the 60 Freeway, shortly after midnight.
They gave Avelino Recardo Sanchez of Jurupa Valley life-saving measures until paramedics arrived. Sanchez was taken to a hospital, where he died.
It was unclear what motivated the attack.
Deputies asked that anyone with information regarding the shooting to call them at 760-578-2091.
