Rosario Saucedo Aguirre OBITUARY

Rosario Saucedo Aguirre OBITUARY

Rosario Saucedo Aguirre, our Queen, passed away peacefully at home in Mira Loma, CA, on August 6, 2024, leaving a legacy of Love and Faith beyond measure. She was born in El Paso, Texas on October 7, 1930 to her parents, Loreto Esparza and Rafael Saucedo. She was a blessing to anyone she encountered. Over her beautiful lifespan of 93 and a half years, she was the source of 130 descendants10 children, 32 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren, and 24 great great grandchildrenher precious tesoros. She was a woman of God who prayed every day for each and every one of us. As a young lady, she would meet and marry Emiliano Aguirre when she was only 15 and though this life wasn’t an easy one, she was faithful and trusted God to guide her. Where she was poor financially, she was rich in love, determination, perseverance, hope, family, and faith. For those of us old enough to know Grandma as a wonderful cook, they knew that she’d always have a pot of beans on the stove, ready to make burritos for anyone she could feed. And each year she’d diligently label bags and bags of socks for all the guys, trinkets, chapstick, or lotions for the girls at Christmas and on birthdays to make sure we all knew she loved us. “A little something from Ita.”There are so many life lessons she taught us just by the way she lived. Her door was always open to family and friends, she’d make sure everyone was fed, she was quick to forgive and give her concerns up to Jesus, she loved fiercely, and she loved life. Psalms 31:10-30 best describes her devotion to God and her family. We thank God every day for the 93 and half years he gave her on this earth to bless us with her life lessons, acts of love, and forgiveness. She will always be our Queen Bee, our Queen of Hearts, our Reina. She is survived by her children, Maria & Lauro Lopez, John Aguirre, Emelia and Sammy Davison, Loretta Mercado, Javier & Jonni Aguirre, Jesus Aguirre and Emiliano & Valerie Aguirre. She was preceded in death by her children, Rafael Aguirre, Ernestine Moreno, and Manuel Aguirre.
