Sandra Eileen Ragan, of Rialto, CA, died Sun., August 25, 2024 after a short battle with lymphoma. She was born in 1947 in San Bernardino, CA, to Raymond and Roberta Foley. She is survived by her siblings Lawrence Foley, Lorena Wolfe, and Alan Foley, several nieces and nephews, three cats, and extended family and friends.
