WEEKLY PRESS CONFERENCE
For the 18th consecutive year, WDVE-FM (102.5) and WBGG-AM (970)
are carrying all Steelers games.
Additionally, Steelers games can be heard on a 48-station network
spanning Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, New York and
South Carolina. All Steelers games will be broadcast in Spanish on
steelers.com.
For the 22nd straight season, Bill Hillgrove serves as the Voice of
the Steelers and handles play-by-play duties for the broadcast. Joining
Hillgrove for his 18th season as an expert analyst is Tunch Ilkin, the
former Steelers All-Pro oensive tackle. Joining the team for his 14th
season is former Steeler oensive lineman Craig Woley, who provides
sideline analysis.

STEELERS ON THANKSGIVING
The Steelers earned their second win on Thanksgiving Day
in team history on Nov. 24 (Week 12), defeating the Indianapolis
Colts 28-7 in a nationally televised primetime game on Thursday
Night Football.

THE STEELERS
Pittsburgh improved to 8-5 overall, 4-3 on the road
and to 6-3 vs. AFC teams (2-2 vs. AFC East) in 2016.
The Steelers have won at least eight regular-season
games for the 13th consecutive season, dating back
to 2004, matching the longest such streak in franchise
history (1972-84).
The Steelers are now 14-8 in regular-season history
against the Bills (6-7 on the road).
The Steelers have won six consecutive regularseason games against the Bills, including each of the
previous four at Bualo.
Pittsburgh improved to 3-1 in regular-season games
against Bualo in the month of December (1-1 on the
road in the month).
Pittsburgh has won each of its last three road games.
The Steelers are the rst NFL franchise to have three
head coaches in its history reach 100 regular-season
wins: Chuck Noll (193), Bill Cowher (149) and Mike
Tomlin (100).
Pittsburgh has held each of its last four opponents
to 100 rushing yards or less to mark the teams rst
such streak since 2015 (four games: Nov. 15-Dec. 13).

Tied a Steelers record for the most 200-rushing yard
games in team history with two (Willie Parker).

receiving) are the second-most in Steelers history
(Antonio Brown, 306, Nov. 8, 2015 vs. Oakland).
Moved into a tie with Dick Hoak (25) for the eighthmost rushing touchdowns in Steelers history.

Converted a 37-yard eld goal and a 39-yard eld
goal in the fourth quarter, improving to 14-of-18 on eld
goal tries in 2016 and 14-of-15 on eld goal attempts
from 30-39 yards in his NFL career.
S MIKE MITCHELL
Extended his consecutive regular season games
started streak to 59 the fth-longest active consecutive
games started streak among NFL safeties.
S SEAN DAVIS
Set a single-game career-high with 1.5 sacks, all
coming in the rst quarter of Bualo QB Tyrod Taylor.
Participated in a half-sack with DE Stephon Tuitt and
notched the rst full sack of his NFL career.

to lift the Cowboys to a 35-30 victory over the Steelers at Heinz Field.
The attendance of 67,737 was a Steelers all-time record for a home
game.
RB LeVeon Bell caught a two-yard pass from QB Ben Roethlisberger
to give Pittsburgh an early 6-0 advantage. K Dan Bailey connected on a
37-yard field goal to cut the lead to 6-3. Roethlisberger threw a threeyard touchdown to WR Eli Rogers to increase Pittsburghs lead to 12-3.
QB Dak Prescott connected with Elliott on an 83-yard touchdown pass
late in the first quarter.
Teams exchanged field goals in the second quarter. Bailey made
a 53-yarder, an NFL record at Heinz Field. And K Chris Boswell
connected from 39 yards out. Pittsburgh led 15-13 at the break.
Boswell made a 25-yard field goal early in the third quarter. Bailey
connected from 46 yards out on Dallas next drive. On the Cowboys
ensuing possession Prescott threw a 50-yard touchdown pass to WR
Dez Bryant to give the Cowboys a 23-18 lead heading into the fourth
quarter.
Bell scored on a one-yard run midway through the fourth quarter to
give Pittsburgh a 24-23 advantage. Elliott scored on a 14-yard run right
after the two minute warning to give Dallas a 29-24 edge. Roethlisberger
threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to WR Antonio Brown on a fake spike
play on Pittsburghs ensuing possession to give the Steelers a 30-29
lead.
But on Dallas final drive, Elliott scored the game winning touchdown.

BUFFALO - RB LeVeon Bell set the single-game team record
by rushing for 236 yards, as the Steelers beat the Bills 27-20 at
New Era Field.
Bell scored on a three-yard run midway through the first quarter
to give the Steelers a 7-0 lead. Early in the second quarter, Bell
scored on a seven-yard run to give Pittsburgh a 14-0 advantage.
Buffalo QB Tyrod Taylor connected with WR Sammy Watkins on
an eight-yard touchdown pass midway through the second quarter.
Pittsburgh led 14-7 at halftime.
Midway through the third quarter, Bell scored his third rushing
touchdown of the game, a five-yard run, to give the Steelers a 21-7
lead.
K Chris Boswell made a 37-yard field goal early in the fourth
quarter to give the Steelers a 24-7 advantage. Buffalo mounted a
comeback. Taylor threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to TE Charles
Clay to cut the lead to 24-13. Boswell made a 39-yard field goal to
extend Pittsburghs lead to 27-13.
RB LeSean McCoy scored on a three-yard run with less than
two minutes to go to cut the lead to 27-20. But Buffalos onside kick
attempt went out of bounds, sealing the victory for Pittsburgh.
Pittsburghs defense recorded five sacks, including two from LB
Bud Dupree.
