RELEASE DEED

THIS DEED OF RELEASE EXECUTED AT TAMBARAM ON THIS

_____ DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2019:

BY:

1. Mrs. Sankari, wife of Late. Mr. Sambandan, aged about 64 years residing at No.

1, Rail Nagar, kadaperi, Tambaram, Kacnheepuram, Tamil nadu – 600 045 (Voter ID

No: FYL2517365) and

2. Mrs. Gayathri, wife of Mr. Senthilnathan, aged about 41 years residing at no.

121/A, Rajeswari Gardern TK Nambi Street, Kancheepuram,

Tamil Nadu – 631 501 (Aadhar No: 9381 8035 0895) hereinafter called the

‘RELEASORS’.
TO AND IN FAVOUR OF

Mr. Kalyanakumar, son of Late. Mr. Sambandan, aged about 49 years, residing

at No.1, Rail Nagar, kadaperi, Tambaram, Kacnheepuram, Tamil nadu – 600 045,

(Aadhar No: 8676 7400 2667) hereinafter called the‘ RELEASEE’

The terms Releasor and Releasee, wherever it may occur shall mean and

include themselves, their heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and

assigns.

THIS DEED OF RELEASE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS

WHEREAS the Father of the Releasor and Releasee namely Thiru. Sambandan was

the sole, legal, true absolute and exclusive OWNER of the Scheduled property

which is more fully and particularly described in the Schedule hereunder, which he
has purchased from and out of his own funds and savings, without any ancestral

nucleus, from Mr. Mohan S/o. Rangapillai vide a Deed of absolute sale dated

05-071979, duly Registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Tambaram, as

Document No.2628 of 1979, of Book I,

Ever since the Father of the Releasor and Releasee namely Thiru.

Sambandan has been in continuous, uninterrupted peaceful possession and

enjoyment of the said property, with full powers of alienation, without any let or

hindrances, paying all taxes and outgoing payable to the Government and Local

Authorities.
The Father of the Releasor and Releasee namely Thiru. Sambandan died

intestate on 03-07-2018. Whereas the Tahsildar of TAMBARAM Taluk,

KANCHEEPURAM District, has issued Legal Heirship Certificate, Vide

Certificate No: TN-7201907021785 Dated 24-07-2019 to effect that the

Releasors and releasee are the legal heirs.

WHEREAS the property cannot be enjoyed jointly and hence out of

love and affection of the RELEASORS towards the RELEASEE, the Releasor

has decided to release full share in the Schedule Property hereunder, in

favour of the Releasee.


NOW THIS DEED OF RELEASE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:-

The RELEASORS hereby releases their 2/3 SHARE which is

described in the Schedule mentioned Property, in favour of the “RELEASEE”

herein and hereafter RELEASEE shall hold the Schedule mentioned Property

along with his 1/3 share, as absolute owner thereof and enjoy the same

without any let, claim or demand from the RELEASOR or any body claiming

through or under him.

The RELEASOR declares that the Schedule Property is not the subject

matter of any pending proceedings under any Central or State Statutes or

attachment of Court, Corporation or Revenue Authority and RELEASOR

further agree that the RELEASEE shall effect mutation in his name in the

Revenue Records as the absolute owner of the Property hereby Released.


SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY
(TOTAL PROPERTY)

All that piece and parcel of house site situated at No.1, Kadaperi, Tambaram,
Kacheepuram – 600 045, Plot No. 1, with the extent of 2,400 sq.ft., with built
area about extent of 1920 sq.f.t, comprised in the Survey No. 127/1, within the
registration district of South Chennai and Sub-Registration office of
Tambaram.

SURROUNDED BY:
North : Plot No. 13,
South : 30 feet MES Road,
East : Plot No. 1A,
West : Vacant Land.

Measuring about:
Eastern side to Western side : 40’
Northern side to Southern side: 60’
