    THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the bearer,      , of legal age, married, a bona fide
    resident of Bunguiao, Zamboanga City, and whose picture appearing below, is known to
    the undersigned to be of good moral character and a law abiding citizen having no
    derogatory case, civil nor criminal, filed against her as per barangay records.

    presently have an I.D. system and therefore does not issue Identification Cards to its
    constituents.
