and the Buyers agree to buy the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions
stipulated below:

3. Packing:
 Solvent Mixture ECOSOL-THINNER: 170 kgs net steel drum / 80 drums total on 20 palettes.
 Total: 20 Palettes in 01* 20 footer containers.
4. Terms of payment: Telegraphic Transfer 30 days since B/L date.

5. Shipment:
 Shipment time: shipment schedules are as below and can be adjusted after discussion.
 ETA HCMC: Within August, 2021.
 Partial shipment : Not Allowed.
 Loading on board : Any Korea port
 Port of destination: Ho Chi Minh City Port, Vietnam.
6. Shipping mark: To be designated by the sellers (Product Name and Chemical
Name/N.W.:/G.W.:/Lot No.:/Country of origin: Korea).
7. Shipping documents:
 Commercial invoice in triplicate.
 Packing list in triplicate.
 3/3 original bill of lading.
 2/2 Insurance policy covering all risks for 110% contract value.
 Certificate of origin Form AK issued by Korea – Asean free trade area preferential tariff.
 Certificate of quality and quantity.
All the above document have sent to the Buyer by express courier within 5 days after the day of
shipment.
8. Insurance
To be covered by Seller/Manufacturer.
Insurance policy/certificate covering all risks for 110 percent of invoice value showing claim payable
in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and number of policy/certificate issued in duplicate
9. Force majeure:
Both the Seller and the Buyer will not be responsible for the non-performance of this contract caused
by fire, disaster, strike, war, embargo, riot, limitation of law, Act of god or any other reasons beyond
the control of both parties but this force majeure must be certified by the commercial and industry of
its origin country.
10. Arbitration:
Where not in conflict with the agreed terms, INCOTERMS 2010 with the latest amendments, to apply.
Any dispute not reaching an amicable agreement shall be settled according to Vietnam law.
11. General condition

This contract comes into effect from signing date. Any amendments and additional clause to these
conditions shall be valid only if made in writing and duly signed by both sides. This contract is made
in English in 4 copies of equal value, 3 of which for the Buyer and the rest for the Seller.
