    MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    (COMMISSION SHARING)

    This Memorandum of Agreement (“Commission Sharing”), dated __________, ____, 20__, is


    by and between __________________________________ , single, of legal age and a resident of
    ________________________, hereinafter referred to as THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART;

    and -

    _____________________, (_____________), single, of legal age and a resident of _________________________;


    hereinafter referred to as THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART;

    W I T N E S S E T H: That -

    WHEREAS, this AGREEMENT is pursuant to the CONDITIONAL SALE OF REAL PROPERTY


    by and between _______________________________ & _____________________________, both of legal age,
    __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________,
    the SELLER; and_______________________________ & ________________________________________, both of legal age,
    _________________________________________________________________________________, the BUYER (hereinafter
    referred to as the “SELLER” AND “BUYER”, respectively, and the “PARTIES”, collectively);

    WHEREAS, both the BUYER and the SELLER have agreed that, as compensation for
    facilitating negotiations between the BUYER and the SELLER with regard to the Conditional Sale
    of Real Property signed by the PARTIES, a commission of Five Percent (5%) or of the Total Selling

    _____________________________, based on the following terms below:

    pursuant to the Deed of Conditional Sale between the BUYER and the SELLER, shall be

    other representations, statements, negotiations and undertakings relating to the subject
    matter. No change in addition to, or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement
    shall be binding upon either THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and THE PARTY OF
    THE SECOND PART, unless made in writing and signed by the PARTY OF THE FIRST
    PART and THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, or their respective authorizes
    representatives;

    c. Neither THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART or THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART may
    assign this Agreement and/or any rights and obligations hereunder without the prior
    written consent of the other party, and any such attempted assignment shall be thus
    null and void.
