III. FACTS/INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS
Between 8:30 and 10:00 o’clock in the evening of March 8,
2020, RANDOLFH E. CARTUJANO saw IVAN MIGUEL ON conversing with appellant RAYMARK S. ERNESTO in located at Barangay Balijuagan, Sitio Agbatang East Roxas City. Later, he saw RANDOLFH CARTUJANO and the appellant, who placed his arm around the former's shoulder, walk. At about 10:00 o’clock in that evening, while RONIEL D. GARCIA was in his house at Barangay Balijuagan, Sitio Agbatang Roxas City conversing with friends, he heard someone outside shouting for help. When he went out, Richmond Luces saw a man, who turned out to be RANDOLFH E. CARTUJANO, wounded and bleeding. Accompanied by his friends and helpers, RONIEL D. GARCIA brought RANDOLFH E. CARTUJANO to the Roxas City Memorial Hospital. At about 11:00 o’clock that same evening, the undersigned of the Roxas Police Substation, Roxas City, received a report from the base operator of a fight that occurred in Barangay Balijuagan, Sitio Agbatang Roxas He was ordered to immediately proceed to the place. Along the way, he met an Isuzu Mazda CX-5. It was RONIEL D. GARCIA and his companions who said that they were bringing a wounded person to the hospital. The undersigned told the driver, RONIEL D. GARCIA, to proceed to the hospital and to wait for him there as he would first proceed to the crime scene. Nobody was present at the crime scene. Only bloodstains on the ground; a bloodied, perforated red hood leather jacket and false dentures were only the ones found. At the hospital, RONIEL D. GARCIA Richmond Luces informed the investigating team that the victim was already dead.
IV. RECOMMENDATION/DISPOSITION
In view of the foregoing, this office hereby recommends to
refer this instant case before the office of the City Prosecutor.
