Strengths:
1. What are our strengths or main achievements over the last three years?
 Physical: Infrastructure – classrooms
 Academic: quality has improved/ Online grading system (Abacus)
 Social: collaboration within the department.
2. In what way is Julian Cho more competitive than other secondary schools in Toledo?
 Offer a variety of options to choose departments from.
 Offer special needs program
 Sports have improved (sports scholarship & equipment)
 Book rental
3. What technical or professional skills are magnified by our school?
 Qualified staff
 Water purification system
4. What are the strengths that our competitors think we have?
 Location

Opportunities:
1. What opportunities exist for extending services to new stakeholders?
 NGO’s program
 Establish the Alumni association

2. Which partnership and collaborative working relationships do we need to embrace?
 Openness to learn and work with stakeholders in the community
 Exchange meaningful information with other institutions
3. What opportunities exist for developing a new area of study?
 Re-evaluate existing programs and enhance the development of such programs.

take advantage of to develop our school?

 Ministry of Agriculture to provide support (seeds, certification, training & equipment)
to school.

1. Do our current services to our stakeholders meet the intended requirements?
No.
 Communication gap
 Unstable internet connection
 Secretarial/Bursar services need improvement.
 Filing system needs improvement

 Dissemination of information in a timely manner

 Conducive learning environment (Ventilated classroom, walkways, proper
staffrooms and bathrooms for teachers and students, establish parking lots, gym,
workshop for trade)
4. What information, tools, or plans are needed to mitigate the threats faced by the
institution and its stakeholders?
 Reduce student population size in classroom
 Adjust the school curriculum
 In need of more students’ computers, lab equipment and library update (virtual
library)
 Input projectors in each classroom
