2. In this connection, please be informed that our Custodial Facility, presently had
only fourteen (14) overstaying PUPCs and all of them were detained by virtue of warrant of
arrest. Furthermore, we already requested for the issuance of commitment order from their
respective court. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 restrictions, the court cannot
accommodate all cases docketed in their jurisdictions. On the part of e-Rogue System, the
crime registrar in charge is still intensifying the updating of data of PUPCs in the said system.

3. Rest assured that we will continuously follow-up the commitment orders of


remaining 14 PUPCs prior to their transfer to BJMP and also to update the data of PUPCs on
e-Rogue System.

memorandum to C, SDEU and C, Intel for their guidance and appropriate action and further stated
that wearing a grab shirt/longsleeve to conceal their identity as police officer to conduct police
operations was not a practice in this station. These two (2) offices has a many tradecrafts to

of legal age, male on November 6, 2021 at about 3:00PM at Las Piñas District Hospital due to
dehydration and intestinal parasitism based on the findings of attending physician. Therefore,
said PUPC will be undergo medication until he recovers. Said PUPC was detained in this
Custodial Facility on August 27, 2021 for Violation of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165 transpired at
Santol St., Brgy. Talon 5, Las Piñas City.

3. ITCON, please be informed that our Custodial Facility, presently only had fourteen
(14) overstaying PUPCs and all of them were detained by virtue of warrant of arrest. Therefore, this
office requested for the issuance of commitment order from their respective court. Rest assured that
our Custodial Officers will follow up the request submitted and once the commitment order has been
issued, immediately the 14 PUPCs will be transferred to BJMP, Las Piñas City for their disposition.

“We heard that police let prisoners to call their families to ask for money for more than 8k
to let them sleep normally in a bed which is abusive and never heard that it really happening
since then . we just recently encounter it due my older brother was detained there . Many people
also aware that police inside the station have gambling business . i hope someone will investigate
it without their concern so the result will show . Thanks i hopethis will not be ignored so it will not
be repeated again ..”

3. In this connection, this office immediately conducted the investigation to verify the
veracity of the report. Accordingly, based from the interview conducted to one of PUPC identified
as JOHN LUIS GREGORIO y OROLA, 26 years old, single, with pending case for Violation of
Sec. 12, Art. II of RA 9165, stated that he denied the allegations on the issue of asking money
worth 8K from the families of PUPC. Moreover, there is no gambling operations inside the
Custodial Facility since our Chief of Police has strictly implemented the operations against illegal
gambling and crimes involving police officers in the AOR of Las Piñas City. (Attached herewith
is the action photos)

4. This office will not tolerate this kind of illegal activities especially on the police officers
involved therein. Rest assured that this office will continue monitor the Custodial Facility if there is
any kind of illegal activities and administrative sanction will dealt accordingly.

2. This pertains to the request of Senator Dela Rosa for data on suicide incidents
concerning sabong and e-sabong activities covering the period of January 1, 2020 to
February 28, 2022

3. ITCON, please be informed that as of this date, per available records of this
office, this station has no reported suicide incidents in relation to Sabong and e-Sabong.
