EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Cassa de leche is a startup bakery located in barangay San Andres, Cainta, Rizal. Cassa De leche
expects the satisfied reaction of the costumers from the products or foods that we will offer and
make them addicted to the pastry products that we will serve.

The company is planning to build a well-ventilated and elegant place for the costumers. To make
them relax and feels like they don't have any problem while enjoying our products. The company
is planning to build it inside a town so that we could gather more costumer so that they can all
experience the best service and products that the company sell.

Cassa De Leche incorporated in the City of Cainta. It is equally owned by ten students
entrepreneurs: Mr. Allen Jhay Batchar, Mr. Henrich Darryl Fajura and Ms. Haira Macawaris as
the top manager ; Mr. Jasly Inocencio, Mr. Andrie Acibar and Mr. Jeff Balayo who manages the
production; Mr. Marlou Salvino for financial management; Mr. Jackhel Tarrayo for marketing
management; Mr. Mark Raven Bulan and Mr. Nikko Operio for delivery services.

Cassa de leche will borrow Php 800,000 guaranteed by BDO as a six year loan. This provides
bulk of the current financing required. Cassa De Leche might achieve a sales of about Php
400,000 in the 1st year, Php 500, 00 and in 3rd year is Php 600,000.
Cassa de leche should paid all the loan and earn more in the next three years as the profit
increase. This might help the company to make more buildings and franchise.

Profits for this period of time are estimated Php 150,000 per year and making it double by Php
300,000 for the second year and Php 600,000 on the third year of service. The company expect to
maintain the increasing of costumers and buyers.

LOGO DESCRIPTION

We have chosen Cassa de leche for the combination of sweet leche flan and nutrients of cassava
that will satisfied people and it will also help to improve their health. Leche flan is on the middle
side, symbolizes where to get the knowledge of Cassa de leche in the way when they enjoy our
product they cannot only taste the sweetness of a Leche flan but they can also taste the nutrients
of cassava. And in this way, it will show great importance of cassava by eating sweets they still
have nutrients in their body because nowadays sweets are more popular for their taste.

Cassava symbolizes the richness of the nutrients of our product that is served to our beloved
costumers and the leaves attracts consumers alongside in which it shows the green leaves
representing the freshness of our food even though it’s with affordable prices. Last but not the
least is the plate on the leche flan and where it emphasizes the way we provide goods service to
our customer’s and also to show the sincerity of our company in earning their satisfaction.

Good food is the foundation of genuine happiness and you don’t need a silver fork to eat good
food.

I. INTRODUCTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICES

Leche flan is a Filipino dessert that is essentially a caramel custard consisting of milk, sugar, and
eggs, with the addition of vanilla flavoring. Traditionally, it's oval-shaped due to the use of tin
molds called llaneras. It is recommended to serve it chilled and coated with leftover caramel
syrup, apart from being consumed on its own as a sweet treat, pieces of leche flan can also be
added to halo-halo, another popular Filipino dessert. And Cassava has roots and leaves contain
cyanogenic glucosides, which offer a protection against some herbivores, but also make the plant
toxic to humans if consumed without prior treatment, such as leaching and drying. That will help
to satisfy the customers for those characteristic of it.

II. SHORT HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

A dessert is typically the sweet course that concludes a meal in the culture of many countries,
particularly Western culture. The course usually consists of sweet foods, but may include other
items. The word "dessert" originated from the French word deserver "to clear the table" and the
negative of the Latin word service. There are a wide variety of desserts in western cultures,
including cakes, cookies, biscuits, gelatins, pastries, ice creams, pies, puddings, and candies.
Fruit is also commonly found in dessert courses because of its natural sweetness. Many different
cultures have their own variations of similar desserts around the world, such as in Russia, where
many breakfast foods such as blini, oladyi, and syrniki can be served with honey and jam to
make them popular as desserts. Filipinos are widely known for making mouth tasting deserts. In
this matter the group wishes to combine two of the great well known deserts

customers are both male and female senior high school
students of Arellano University Pasig Andres Bonifacio
Campus.

Our Casa DeLeche affordable that every students can buy. In


adition we are also planning to target the teachers of the
said Campus. Cassa De Leche tastes like more velvety,
creamy, and rich in carbohydrates and calcium that will
satisfies your delight in sweets.

MARKET SALES

According to the prices in order for Cassa De Leche to be profitable, at least 50% - 70% on the
desired percentage of students are needed in cainta on a monthly basis. If each student of
Cainta visit and purchase the products at least once a month, freebies are to be given.

More than 500 products are aimed to be sold to reach the desired income which lies to Php
600, 000.

The goal of this product is to introduce new uses that has a lot of improvement and friendly
ingredient.

MISSION

The Mission is to implement the uses of must cheaper but solid containment of this product.

VISION

We have a lot of perception but costing and computing and all necessary money and plan has
already been done.

OBJECTIVE

We made this brand new product to give people what new and what we can do.

having a snack. the building have two seperate rooms, the first room is the kitchen for making those
delicious food, in the
room it has the stoves, a sink, ovens, fridge, and some cabinets to store the other ingredients
or tools of making the foods and the second room also called the main room that have the counter for
serving the foods it has
two tables and 4 chairs each table for customers who wants to hang with their friends, have tea, coffee,
etc.
the main room has a air conditioning each side and also some speaker each corner to listen some music or
radio news.

promote the creation and sharing through virtual communities and networks of knowledge, ideas,
career interests and other forms of speech.

Online advertising is a cost-effective way to be viewed by the widest potential audience, since
social media leads 100% higher.

More than outbound marketing, O near pace. Half a million corporations spend money on
commercials. Some purchasing decisions by customers are affected by social media, and the use
of social media helps to promote a business. This will not only have incentives for the buyer, but
also for the seller. Cassa de leche will be performed on Wednesdays and Sundays every week.

Functions:

Owner - the one who owns a business entity in an attempt to profit from the successful
operations of the company.

Top Manager - is responsible for the controlling and overseeing the entire organization.

Financial Manager - Direct through organization's budget to meet its financial goals and
managing the revenue of our business.

Marketing Manager - manages all marketing for the Company and activities within the
marketing department.

H.R. Manager – is responsible for organizing all functions of organization. They carry out an
induction for every new hire, and give them an orientation regarding the company policies and
rules.

Cashier - is to receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions.
They also processing debit cards and making credit card transaction.

Suppliers - the one who supplies the raw material in a business.

Waiter - take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment.

3. COMPANY AND ENUMERATION POLICIES

Standards of employees conduct

For the safety of employees and costumers as well as guest the company provide rules and
regulations to prevent misconduct and misbehaviour while working and to maintain the
peaceful atmosphere inside the shop as well as outside of it. It also helps the owner to run a
business in a profitable manner. The disobedience might result some actions and worst is
extermination. The list of types of rules are following:

1. Always be ontime on work days


2. Follow the uniform or attire standards while at work
3. Must perform personal hygiene
4. When somethings wrong talk to the manager first.
5. Be a responsible user to company equipment and/or supplies assigned to you.
6. Use the designated employee entrance when reporting to or leaving work.
7. Attend scheduled staff meetings (safety, menu changes, cleaning day).Do not neglect
job duties or responsibilities or interfere with fellow employees or supervisors in the
performance of their job duties.
8. Do not falsify or omit information from any documents related to the company or your
employment.
9. Do not falsely report or falsify claims of accidents, injury or illness.
10. No employee may orally order food or beverages. All food and drinks orders must be rung
through the POS system.
11. Report work related injuries or illnesses to a supervisor prior to obtaining medical attention or
first aid.
12. Do not use the cash drawer or remove contents from the cash drawer if you are not the

management feels that circumstances warrant one.

MOD has given permission to clock out.

Smoking: Smoking inside and outside where there are costumers are strictly forbidden, those who
are seen doing this will receive penalty and worst they will be ban to the shop.
Alcohol beverage: Doing unpleasant inside and outside of the shop because of the influence of
alcohol will be report to police and might cost them money for penalty. This way the shop can
prevent the destruction and disturbing other costumer.
Drugs : Using drugs or coming to the shop the influence of drugs is also extremely prohibited if
someone is seen will automatically reported to the authority and worst go to jail to rehabilitate.

F. PACKAGING

Among the packaging materials, "CASSA DE LECHE" has a high capacity for adaptation to regional
differences, different market segmentation needs, and food consumption trends because it can easily
accommodate consumers.

G. POSITIONING
Cassa De Leche will center the healthy and economy pricing even with the competitors: Angel’s
Burger and Minute Burger being on the unhealthy side. It shows in the map that most brands
are at premium pricing but unhealthy like Taco Bell, Burger King, Wendy’s Burger, McDonald’s
and Panera Bread stands with it as healthy and premium pricing.
