    I am Anita my age is 21 years I am a resident of Sector 52 Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

    I have been raped by


    Akram who is a native of the old city Hyderabad. He has raped me consecutively for 2 years on the
    pretext of marriage and he has misrepresented himself as a Hindu though he was a Muslim which I
    came to know on 1st of April 2022. Akram and I met in July 2019 at GB Pant hospital, Delhi. I had
    gone there for the treatment of my father, as I was getting the appointment of the doctor. During
    this situation, Akram offered his help to me in getting an appointment of thee said the doctor. While
    helping me Akram introduced himself as Naveen Kumar who is a resident of RK Puram, Delhi.

    After this we developed our friendship, Akram also used to recite Veda mantras in front of me with
    the motive to impress and convince me that he was a Hindu. In November, 2019 I and Akram came
    into relationship after he proposed me by saying “I LOVE YOU” and I accepted his proposal. We both
    started exchanging messages and voice calls, we also used to meet in public places for coffee etc.

    On 7th January Akram invited me on lunch at flat no. 728, Saket Delhi, I reached to the flat around 1
    PM. When I reached the flat Akram and his friend Deepak were present there after few minutes
    Deepak left the room saying he had classes to attend. After I and Akram finished the lunch he started
    to convince me that he would marry me and hence, there is no harm in getting physical. I was
    hesitating a bit but trusted the assurance of Akram and I made physical relations. And there after we
    have made such relations at different points of time including ABC College at Sector 52 Noida.
