    This communica=on is with reference to the alleged contractual


    rela=onship, I have a right to an authen=cated record of accoun=ng. I am not
    reques=ng a statement of account, for an authen=cated record of the
    accoun=ng. I am hereby dispu=ng the alleged debt, and to require that you
    provide the requested informa=on within the =me alloGed by law, which is 14
    calendar-days.

    I do wish to thank you for your =me in providing this informa=on, which
    is readily available to you as the custodian of records, and/or the collec=ve
    en=ty. Please note that each day beyond the 14th calendar-day of receipt of this
    communica=on I will BE assessing a $33 per day penalty for your failure to

    (a) [Definitions.] (1) "Request" means a record…

    (2) "Request for an accounting" means a record authenticated

    (b) [Duty to respond to requests.] … shall comply with a request within 14 days after receipt:

    (1) in the case of a request for an accounting, by authenticating and sending to the debtor an
    accounting; and…

    (e) [Request for accounting or regarding statement of account; no interest in obligation claimed.]

    A person that receives a request for an accounting or a request regarding a statement of account…, and
    claimed an interest in the obligations at an earlier time shall comply with the request within 14 days after
    receipt by sending to the debtor an authenticated record:

    (1) disclaiming any interest in the obligations; and

    (2) if known to the recipient, providing the name and mailing address of any assignee of or successor to the
    recipient's interest in the obligations.

    This authen=cated record must include all tax filings (including all
    1099’s, 1096’s, and 1098’s) any and all trades and/or investments and/or
    interests associated with this account of which I am alleged to be a party. I have
    a right to this informa=on, as its directly associated with the repor=ng ac=vi=es
    associated with my financial record. It is believed that this was and/or is
    considered a consumer debt, and is classified as household goods exempt from
    taxa=on. The associated debt was not used for commercial purposes nor for-
    profit and/or gain as defined by the Uniform Commercial Code ar=cle 9 sec=on
    102 and 109! Please correct your records to reflect the aforemen=oned, my
    property is neither real estate, nor investment property, it is private property,
    and under the right to property clause of the Bill of Rights for the State and for
    the United States of America, these are my possessions, my property, my
    interest, and I do not wish to be libeled by any other aGempts to seize what is
    mine by right.

    As noted above you have a duty and/or obliga=on to respond with the
    appropriate informa=on within the =me frame alloGed and or permiGed by law,

    this is associated with a debt that is being reported the following principles
