INTRO
To the members of the administration headed by our Executive Vice-
President and Vice President for academic affairs, Mr. Jerome Carlo
Castillo, to our Vice-President for student and personnel services Mr.
Arnuldo Magdaong, to our Deans from the College Department, to our

Training and Seminar workshop 2022 with the theme On Becoming
The Same Page: A Week-Long Journey To Excellence. I am Mr. Leo
Niño G. Dulce and I am your host for today’s in-service training and
seminar workshop 2022.

An in-service Training program in an organization is a process by which

people are taught with skills and given the necessary knowledge or
attitude to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the required
standard in the present job and to undertake greater and more demanding
roles for effective job performance. As such, an in-service training
program plays an important part to cater the needs of each individual,
whether it be the teacher, staff, or students. It also serves as a bridge
between prospective and experienced educators to meet the new
challenges of guiding students towards higher standards of learning and
self-development. In developing the professionalism status of teachers, a
training program such as this activity should not be away from the
reformation that occurs.
Since this event is deemed significant, let us officially commence our
gathering today by asking for divine intervention as Mr. Rodelio
Clemente, LPT, MAEd a Mathematics Teacher from the High School
and College Department leads us all in prayer. To be followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Please all stand.
