1. I am familiar with the facts recited below I declare (or certify, verify, or state) under the
laws of the united States of America that the foregoing is true and correct; *IN PACATO
SOLO, Executed on (April 27 -2022). Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. code§ 1746-1 and that,
2. Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent, that, I
am, a living and breathing expression of the party in the birth certificate attached and
made part hereof; and that,
3. this affidavit OF beneficial ownership is "Prima Facie Evidence in the Case of “the
event” that registered the certificate of title.

OF LOS ANGELES REGISTRAR-RECORDER/COUNTY CLERK and that,
4. I am using this Affidavit to document the status of ownership over the principle, interest,
and all account of the DAVID ANTHONY JACKSON JR, and that,
5. I am David – Anthony : Jackson, the registered agent for service and process (the affiant)
of the “name”, DAVID ANTHONY JACKSON JR; and that,
6. The deputy city registrar of titles shall treat ‘’I’’, the registered agent for service and
process, as having attained the lawful age of the majority; and that,
7. The event, date of birth is September 27TH, 1982. Date file, NOVEMBER 20TH 1982; and
that,
8. The event, place of birth is near the geographical location commonly known as LOS
ANGELES county, city of Lynwood,
9. an entity formed with the constitutional republic of the united states for America; and
that,
10. I am, “the holder in due course” securing 100% of the beneficial interest in the property
to which this affidavit relates, and that,
11. I, have the sole power to accept, receive, transfer, disburse, or convey 100% of the
proceeds, profits income, and revenue arising out of the property to which this certificate
of title relates. It is, was, and always will be the intent and deed of the registered agent for
service and process (the affiant) of the “name” to demand full discharge and acquittance
for all transactions tendering payments for all obligations pursuant to 12 USC 95a(2); and
further, demand lawful money for all transactions ever since September 17, 2022,
pursuant TO 12 USC 411 AND that,
12. I hold all investment powers, which includes the power to dispose, or to direct the
disposition of, such portion of certificate of title held in trust; and that,
13. Any unauthorized financial activities executed by re-presenters, agents, attorneys,
officers, endorsing commercial papers against the assets subject to this title, including but
not limited to the signing acceptance bond, bid bonds, construction bond, payment bond,
constitute prima facie forgery, securities fraud, embezzlement, miss representation,
financial terrorism, breach of trust, forced suretyship (slavery), crimes against the estate,
and violation of human right; and that,
14. I, the registered agent for service and process (affiant), am making this superior claim, as
the creditor, and beneficial ownership to the property pledged to the estate of DAVID

ANTHONY JACKSON JR, secured by the attached stock certificate no. 104-82-117556,
registered in with LOS ANGELES county, city of Lynwood, traded in the
15. FIDELITY ADVISOR FREEDOM 2030 FUND symbol FCFEX, with an adjusted value
of $ 2,946,139,000.00 in net assets as of 08/18/2022.
16. The registered security interest for the above estate shall be held in the living trust,
registered as, Yahuah- Alahim: Ali Trust under agreement with the united states of
America doing business as; and that,
17. I, Further, 5 U.S. Code § 3331 affirm that I will support and defend the Constitution(s)
for The State of California, the united States Republic North America May 11, 1901, and
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1871, without regard to conflicts of laws principles,
against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the
same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of
evasion; and that I will, well and faithfully discharge and acquittance all transactions
tendering payments for all obligations ever since September 17, 2022, per 12 USC
95a(2).
