    Rules for Relay Race:

    1. The Group shall consists of 4 members (2 Boys 2 Girls)


    2. The first 2 runners will be girls and last two will be boys.
    3. The distance of the relay race will be of 400 meters (100 x 4)
    4. The team should pick single color jersey and notify the event leader for the same.
    5. Each member should wear sports shoes.
    6. The Stick/ Baton should not fall from the hands of any member. If so happens the team will be
    disqualified.
    7. The members should run in their designated lanes and cannot cross the lanes throughout the
    race.
    8. Athletes should not leave the track in course of race. If they do so they cannot come back in the
    track and will be disqualified.
    9. If the member starts before buzzer, he/she will be disqualified
    10. Referee will make the final decision.

     Rules for 100 Meters & 200 Meters.


    1. The members should run in their designated lanes and cannot cross the lanes throughout
    the race.
    2. Athletes should not leave the track in course of race. If they do so they will be disqualified.
    3. Referee will make the final decision.
    4. Each member should wear sport shoes.
