5-  thoroughly explained, extremely coherent writing, few errors

4- ideas explained, coherent writing, some errors

3- ideas somewhat explained, somewhat coherent, many errors

2- little explanation of ideas, lacks coherence, many errors that hurt

understanding

1- answer does not relate to the question

0- no answer

Your Answer:

There are benefits and drawbacks to the process of genetic engineering,

which involves directly modifying the DNA.  One benefit of genetic
engineering is the potential for the creation of more variant alleles, which
might subsequently be crossed and introduced into different species to
increase genetic diversity. Yet, because genes can potentially show up in
unexpected places, genetic engineering has drawbacks and is one
example of the unintentional or unintended transfer of genes. These
alterations may have an impact on the organism's development,
operation, and reaction.

2- little explanation of ideas, lacks coherence, many errors that hurt

understanding

1- answer does not relate to the question

0- no answer

Your Answer:

Prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis are the five

stages that make up the cell cycle process of mitosis, which is the
process of cell division. The longest phase is prophase, during which the
cell's nucleus dissolves and its chromosomes gather and travel to the
center of the dividing cell.  The second stage is known as the metaphase,
during which the cell's nucleus dissolves and its chromosomes gather and
travel toward the center of the dividing cell. The divided and relocated
chromosomes to the cell's poles are known as anaphase. A nuclear
membrane that separates the cytoplasm from the nuclear DNA forms
around each set of chromosomes during telophase. The last type of cell
division is called cytokinesis, which physically separates a parent cell's
cytoplasm into two daughter cells.
